Growing up I was extremely fit and healthy, competing in AAA hockey. That path was derailed in my late teens when I was devastated by losing my mother. My athletic career ended, and in it`s place came drinking and binge eating to cope with the pain. Eventually I was weighing in at 300lbs. Recommended by a good friend who spoke very highly of Simon, I reached out and got a hold of him. Simon took me down to 230lbs and 22% body fat. My confidence is back to what I remember when I was a competitive hockey player in my teens. I'm no longer only motivated to lose weight, I now chase muscle gains everyday! My diet has never been better, and I can honestly say I have never been happier.
I would recommend Simon as a coach to anybody looking to make BIG changes in their life, in both body and mind. He's a great guy, real, down to earth, and funny as hell.

My fitness journey started roughly 2 years ago, with the first year being a wash out - failing diets and not staying committed to the gym. But a year ago I dedicated myself to it, and sought out looking for a coach. I started working with Simon online, and traveling to see him once a month. It was the best decision I made. He taught me so many different types of exercises and techniques to lifting and gaining proper muscle mass, and opened my eyes to the science behind it. I became more of a muscle nerd than just a meat head. The guy is an amazing trainer, in 9 months the results I've received were incredible - I went from 245 lbs of big fat belly to 215 of muscle. I now have the body and confidence I never thought was possible and it's all thanks to Simon.

Growing up I was a competitive soccer player until my late teens. Once that ended I pretty much had no other physical activities going on in my life, but my dietary habits remained the same as your average high school kid - shitty. By the time I was 20 I was grossly overweight. Before I met Simon I was diagnosed clinically obese. I was unmotivated and depressed. I had no idea how to workout and I knew even less in regards to what to eat. Meeting Simon changed my life for the better. He helped me get into working out and educated me on how to change my diet to suit my goals. With his guidance I have lost 10% body fat and gained a lot of muscle in the process. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to transform both their life and their body for the better.
